If you're really looking for an authentic Australian holiday, we're the specialists. We love creating customised Australian travel itineraries. Special holidays are about stylish boutique accommodation. e.g. lodges, cottages and small hotels. We believe small-group tours are the ideal experience. We have the local knowledge. You’ll get the correct travel times and distances between locations. You’ll stay in beautiful locations. Plus we'll tell you about those hidden 'gems'!

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME TO USE YOUR SERVICE?

Any Cost?
Some travellers believe that travel agents charge more. Not with Guest Australia. We have excellent contract rates with our suppliers and always want to find the best value for our guests. In other words, the cost to you is the same as if you booked independently. One exception are flights were we charge a ten percent service contribution for managing tickets for guests. Any unforeseen hitches during your trip? We'll sort them out immediately! What you'll get is the full service. That includes a detailed itinerary plus all your travel bookings secured. And there's more: you'll receive a fully loaded travel app with all your travel details. All at the press of a button!

CAN I PLAN A BETTER TRIP MYSELF USING THE INTERNET?

Better self-plan?
The answer to that question, is probably not. Unlike anonymous travel websites, we stand by our recommendations. Our reputation is everything! We're the boutique travel specialists and we know the products we recommend. You'll get so many extras. Full access to the latest travel technology pre-loaded for your convenience.

HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?

How does it work?
Start by communicating by e-mail, skype or phone. Our Australia travel consultant will provide a written confirmation of all bookings. Payment is requested 30 days before travel. Once payment is made, you'll receive a beautiful detailed itinerary. Either online, as a PDF or by travel app. We accept payment by credit card or Paypal. A service charge of two percent applies to both options. However, to save you money and to avoid service charges, we recommend bank transfers. Generally, bank transfers are the best way for larger overseas payments to avoid exchange rate conversation fees.

WILL I BE ASKED TO SECURE MY BOOKING WITH A DEPOSIT?

Deposit - Why?
We are a small company committed to personalized service. Creating and coordinating an Australia itinerary for each Guest takes a lot of time. We do require a deposit of NZ$100 to NZ$200 (depending on how much time we invest on your behalf). However, this deposit is fully credited back to your reservation file, once you book with us.

CAN'T YOU JUST INITIALLY PROVIDE FREE TRAVEL INFORMATION?

Free Information?
We're a small company providing a personalized service. We do not function as an Information Centre. After a few initial conversations (by email, phone or skype) we shall ask you for a deposit. This deposit can be paid via PayPal (major credit cards also accepted). At this stage of the process, we do not charge any credit card service fees.

DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL DEALS?

Guest Australia makes every effort to work within your budget to get the best value. In fact, we can save you money by suggesting a number of options for accommodation, transport or tour services. Having these options will also help your itinerary to travel flow more efficiently. Smaller, tour operators can sometimes offer a much better 'deal' than the bigger brands.

HOW DOES GUEST AUSTRALIA CHOOSE THE OPERATORS?

How choosen?
We personally visit and review each property and operator we recommend. That way, we develop excellent relationships with our suppliers. This ensures our customers experience the style and facilities of their choice. You'll enjoy beautiful locations, stylish interiors, great food and charming hosts. The same goes for tours and activities. We only recommend knowledgeable and friendly guides, those with a proven safety record! If we consider some properties are not suitable for our own friends and families, then they're not good enough for our customers!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICES YOU QUOTE?

What is included?
We make every endeavour to ensure your itinerary is cost inclusive as we can possibly make it. Your itinerary will not be overloaded with too much. There is time at each location, for you to include more activities. Unless otherwise stated, all prices for accommodation are net per room. Prices include Goods and Services Tax and are quoted in Australia dollars.

CAN YOU BOOK INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS?

Book flights?
Guest Australia arranges domestic travel within Australia. This includes domestic flights. Our involvement starts with your airport transfer to the first accommodation. We can book International flights between Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Travellers from outside these countries need to arrange their own flights to and from their home country.
